Global Head of Legal, Henkel Group’s Global Supply Chain and Purchasing Operations
Selin Pattni is the Global Head of Legal for Henkel Group’s Global Supply Chain and Purchasing Operations. She is a member of Henkel Global Supply Chain B.V.’s Executive Committee and also a spokesperson for the DE&I activities of the company. With over 15 years of legal experience across IMEA, APAC, and Europe, she has a strong legal background in in-house and executive roles. Previously, she was Regional Head of Legal for SEA&ANZ at Henkel, located in Singapore. She holds a double major master’s degree in economics and international business law (LL.M.oec) from Martin Luther University, Germany, and has worked with companies like Carrefour Group and Ernst & Young in M&A, corporate finance, and corporate law.
Legal Counsel Turkiye, Takeda
Inan Ozcan, currently Legal Lead Counsel Turkey and Board Member at Takeda Pharmaceuticals for 7 years, is experienced in highly regulated industries, mainly pharmaceuticals/biotechnology, insurance, and media. Before joining Takeda, she was General Counsel for Turkey and Board Member at AIG from 2012 to 2017, a Senior Legal Counsel at Eczacibasi Holding in 2011, and a Legal Manager at Eczacibası-Zentiva / Sanofi from 2007 to 2011.
In 2006, she worked as a Senior Associate at Salans, focusing on high-level legal advisory and transactions. Prior to that, she was Legal Counsel at Saran Holding from 2004 to 2005 and served as Legal Counsel and later Executive Legal Counsel at Star TV from 2000 to 2003. She began her career as an Associate at AVK Law Office in Ankara.
With 20+ years’ experience, she has dealt with several M&As and complex business transactions, and, concurrently focused on competition law, and managing multiple risks in grey areas in vague regulatory environments. She holds an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, graduating with distinction in 2006. She earned her bachelor’s degree in law from Ankara University in 1997.
Head of Legal and Compliance, Fiba Insurance Companies
Tugce Zeren is the Head of Legal and Compliance at Fiba Insurance Companies. The companies are backed by shareholders Fibabanka and HDI Sigorta, operating under the global TALANX group in Germany.
Tugce graduated from Yeditepe University Law School and began her career at Arcelik. Over the years, she has held key legal positions across various industries, including retail, insurance, textiles, cosmetics, FMCG, chemicals, and finance. She has worked at major companies such as Danone, Carrefour, LC Waikiki, DeFacto, Avon, EGEKİMYA, etc. Since 2014, she has held executive leadership roles, managing legal teams, and in 2018, she assumed the title of Head of Legal and Compliance.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she has lectured at Aydin University and is a frequent keynote speaker on topics such as insurance, technology, data protection, competition law, InsurTech, intellectual property, arbitration, and the evolving role of legal departments in AI. She was previously an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and has represented the insurance sector in organizations like TUSIAD and the Turkish Insurance Association, where she also led the Data Protection Committee.
She is also passionate about personal development, actively playing tennis, learning horse riding, and studying transactional analysis.
Legal Affairs Manager, TAV Macedonia
Emilija Evtimova-Spaseska is the Legal Affairs Manager of TAV Macedonia – a subsidiary of TAV Airports – which operates the Skopje and Ohrid airports in North Macedonia. She has over 18 years of professional experience, having spent six years in private practice before she moved in-house in the IT sector and is currently in aviation.
She holds a degree in International Law and has successfully completed the Macedonian Bar Exam, the IATA SGHA, and SLA Effective Negotiation Contracts programs and obtained a master’s degree in business law.
In her previous positions, she led projects for mergers and acquisitions, due diligences, special sale-purchases, intellectual property rights protection, contract negotiations, and legal advising. In her current position, she is responsible for the overall legal compliance, advising, and consulting of TAV Macedonia for all legal issues of the company, including aviation, labor, finance, and contract management.
Senior Legal Counsel, Gen
Ondrej Kramolis is a Senior Legal Counsel at Gen – formerly Avast – where he leads a team responsible for data protection compliance and legal matters related to new technologies. Earlier, from 2009 to 2020, he worked at the law firm Allen & Overy, primarily focusing on mergers and acquisitions and data protection regulation.
Ondrej graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in 2009 and obtained a JUDr. degree from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in 2010. He has been a registered Czech attorney since 2012.
General Counsel, Wizz Air
Nora Rabe joined Wizz Air in August 2022 as General Counsel, leading the group’s legal function and managing the legal matters for Wizz Air Hungary, Wizz Air UK, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, and Wizz Air Malta. She is a Hungarian lawyer with a law degree from Pazmany Peter Catholic University and is a member of the Hungarian Bar. Nora has a proven track record in the aviation industry, having held roles as legal counsel at Malev Hungarian Airlines and the Hungarian Air Navigation Service Provider, HungaroControl, where she served as General Counsel and Legal and Compliance Director for several years.
General Counsel, Space Hellas Group
Konstantinos Argyropoulos has served as the General Counsel for the Space Hellas Group in Athens, Greece, since September 2000. With more than 24 years of experience, Kostas specializes in addressing the challenges posed by emerging technologies and their regulation. He is skilled in navigating the complexities of platform and network regulations and balancing overlapping laws, policies, and norms.
Kostas holds a law degree from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, completed in 1993. He further advanced his legal studies at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University from 1994 to 1995 and at Harvard Law School in 1998 and 1999.
Group Counsel, JetBrains
Vladimir Krasula has been serving as Group Counsel for Product, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Legal Operations at JetBrains in Prague since November 2024. He leads global legal
teams at JetBrains, providing strategic legal support across product, sales, marketing, business development, and regulatory compliance.
Previously, Vladimir was Head of General Legal at JetBrains from August 2022 to November 2024 and Legal Counsel from December 2019 to July 2022. He also worked as Contracts Manager at Honeywell Aerospace from September 2017 to December 2019 and gained experience as a Junior Associate at Bird & Bird from August 2016 to August 2017. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Ceska Sporitelna and AK JUDr. Petr Stoklas.
Vladimir graduated from Charles University with a Master’s degree in Law in 2013.
