Aika Beltran is a Senior Legal Counsel at Berlin-based Delivery Hero SE. She has been with the legal department since 2020 working in the M&A and Group Corporate Legal teams. Most recently, she was the lead project manager for the listing of DHSE’s MENA business on the Dubai Financial Market in 2024.

Tugce Zeren is the Head of Legal and Compliance at Fiba Insurance Companies. The companies are backed by shareholders Fibabanka and HDI Sigorta, operating under the global TALANX group in Germany.
Tugce graduated from Yeditepe University Law School and began her career at Arcelik. Over the years, she has held key legal positions across various industries, including retail, insurance, textiles, cosmetics, FMCG, chemicals, and finance. She has worked at major companies such as Danone, Carrefour, LC Waikiki, DeFacto, Avon, EGEKİMYA, etc. Since 2014, she has held executive leadership roles, managing legal teams, and in 2018, she assumed the title of Head of Legal and Compliance.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she has lectured at Aydin University and is a frequent keynote speaker on topics such as insurance, technology, data protection, competition law, InsurTech, intellectual property, arbitration, and the evolving role of legal departments in AI. He started his career at the State Supervision of Financial Organizations. Viktor graduated from ELTE’s Faculty of Law in Budapest in 1998, followed by an MBA from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2003.

Vladena Svobodova is an Associate at JSK, specializing in competition law, FDI, GDPR, and life sciences. She has advised clients on GDPR compliance programs, prepared internal GDPR regulations, and conducted GDPR due diligence for companies across various business sectors.
Vladena previously worked at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition, where she investigated cartel agreements. She has also gained experience in both Czech and international law firms and worked as a legal consultant in Brussels, monitoring the transposition of EU directives into the Czech legal system.

Previously, Vladimir was Head of General Legal at JetBrains from August 2022 to November 2024 and Legal Counsel from December 2019 to July 2022. He also worked as Contracts Manager at Honeywell Aerospace from September 2017 to December 2019 and gained experience as a Junior Associate at Bird & Bird from August 2016 to August 2017. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Ceska Sporitelna and AK JUDr. Petr Stoklas.
Vladimir graduated from Charles University with a Master’s degree in Law in 2013.
